GRADUATE STUDENT PROGRAM
Online Applications for the academic year 2013-14 Graduate Student Program are now available. Deadline is May 2, 2012. Your application is not considered complete until the Fulbright Commission receives all your supporting documentation, which must be postmarked by May 2, 2012.Familiarize yourself with the following documents before completing the online application:

* NOTE: The instructions MUST be read before filling out the online form, and be available during completion. Once you are logged in with username and password, you will be asked to contact your local Fulbright office. It is not necessary to do this to fill in the application. The Fulbright Commission will receive the completed applications once they are submitted.
The following must be forwarded to the Swedish Fulbright Commission in order to complete your application:
1) One printed copy of your submitted IIE online application (must be postmarked by May 2, 2012).
2) The printed and signed Fulbright Cover Sheet
3) Printed Supplemental Forms found in the online application: a) Foreign Academic Records and Transcript Release Form; b) The Transcript Release Form is only for those who have studied previously at a U.S. institution; c) The Signature Form.
4) Three letters of reference and the Confidential Reference Letter Form uploaded by the recommenders into the online application or mailed to the Commission by May 2, 2012. Under no circumstances should the letter be given to the applicant, as non-confidential letters will not be accepted.
5) Copies of official academic transcripts written in English or with an official English translation from all post-secondary schools attended only if unable to upload into the application.
6) Copies of diplomas/degrees for all post-secondary schools attended, and original English translations (when necessary) only if unable to upload into the application.
*Please note that only finalists selected for the Fulbright Program will be required to submit official or certified copies “vidimerad” of all academic records and degrees to the Commission in August.
Finalists will be interviewed in Stockholm on June 14-15, 2012. If you are called for an interview, you must be able to attend. No exceptions to this procedure will be made. All applicants will be notified by June 18, 2012 and expected to attend the welcome orientation on June 20, 2012.

POST GRADUATE AND PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS
The application for the 2011-12 Hildeman Fellowships is now closed. Please refer to the Hildeman Grant page on the website for more information on the programs. There will not be any Hildeman Fellowships offered for 2012-13.
Swedish Visiting Lecturer/Research Scholar Program:
The 2012 Swedish Visiting Lecturer/Research Scholar Program Online Applications, Instructions, and Applicant Cover Sheet are now available. Please read the instructions thoroughly prior to filling in the online application. For more information and requirements about the program, please see the Program Announcement.
